PRINCIPAL Male/Female Age: 40-55 Years Qualifications: Master Degree (MA/M. Ed/M.Sc. or equivalent qualification) from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Graduation and Master Degrees must be regular. Experience: Minimum 15 Years’ Teaching cum Administrative Experience, out of which minimum 5 Years of Administrative Experience (as Principal or Vice Principal or equivalent) in a renowned institution. Experience in managing large educational institutions with multicultural staff. Required Skillset: Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Leadership, Academic, and Public Relations Skills to manage teachers and students and institutions curricular and co-curricular activities. Basic Salary & Benefits: The selected candidate will be offered a Minimum Basic Salary of SAR 7,500/- per month and Fringe Benefits including Family Status. Housing Allowance @33% of Basic pay per month. Contract Period: Three years. Working Plan: Double shift (minimum 48 hours per week) |
